TheMVU system (MVU-H reinforced version) from MECOSUN is an economical solution for integration into buildings of all types, including car parks, pergolas and equestrian centres. The roofing system is composed of draining rails that can be adapted to all types of bare frameworks (no roofing required) and framed photovoltaic solar modules that meet IEC standards, directly fitted into the draining rails, with a precision adjustment that allows for a perfect seal.

The most economical answer on the market, when access from below the structure can be maintained when the building is in use!

ADAPTABILITY & VERSATILITY

 

The MVU solution is compatible with all types of structures (steel, wood, concrete), can be fixed on ramps of up to 27 m and is suitable for roofs inclined from 5 to 50°.

The components are made to measure and cut in the factory according to your layout and constraints.

SIMPLE AND QUICK INSTALLATION

 

The installation of the modules is carried out by fitting them into the support rails, which saves time in their installation and ensures a perfect seal. The constituent parts and solar modules are fixed exclusively from below, thus guaranteeing a secure installation without any access to the roof and without the need for any safety measures on the site (anti-fall net, peripheral guardrail, etc.).

TIGHTNESS

 

The MVU system (MVU-H reinforced version) allows rainwater to be evacuated at the bottom of the slope thanks to its draining rails, which guarantees a 100% watertight installation.

RELIABILITY & LONGEVITY

 

The materials used are aluminium and stainless steel, this quality of materials ensures high resistance over time to the climatic constraints and the interior ambiences of your buildings, thus guaranteeing long-lasting installations.

The system respects the expansion constraints of the materials used and its installation does not present any zone that would allow the accumulation of dirt in order to guarantee an efficient and always clean solar field.

The watertightness is guaranteed through the interlocking of the modules in the draining rails and the inter-module sheets present between the modules.

BOTTOM BRACKET

 

The MVU system is completely fixed from below. The modules are fitted between the draining rails with precision, optimising installation time. The bottom fixing also provides greater safety for installers and total respect for the integrity of the modules, avoiding the risk of micro-cracks.
